Substation Site Manager **Salary: $150,000 \+ 15% Bonus** **Work Schedule: 3 Weeks On / 4 Days Home** **Location: Nationwide – U.S. Project Sites** **Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder** We are seeking an experienced **Substation Site Manager** to oversee the construction of high\-value, greenfield substation projects across the United States. This is a hands\-on site leadership opportunity suited to someone with a strong **substation construction background** who has progressed from a field\-based or trades position into a **Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, or Site Manager** role. About the Role As the Substation Site Manager, you will oversee the construction of substation projects, including both **electrical and civil construction activities**.
