*Growing transportation companies seeking an accounting rockstar!* *My Dumpster Guy and Raptor Recycle \& Transfer are looking for someone to keep our books in order and our numbers behaving. We need an accounting pro to take ownership of day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping, helping keep both businesses running smoothly.* ***The Job:*** * Manage day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping for both companies * Handle accounts payable and account reconciliations * Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite * Assist with month\-end close and financial reporting * Spot discrepancies, identify trends, and suggest ways to improve processes ***The Must\-Haves:*** *You’re detail\-oriented, dependable, and love a good reconciliation. You take ownership of your work, notice when something looks off, and aren’t afraid to speak up with ideas. Excel experience is a must! This is an entry level position but does require a business degree.* ***The Preferred Haves:*** *NetSuite and QuickBooks are not a mandatory requirement, but previous experience is preferred.
