**Role Overview:** This position involves evaluating and treating patients primarily in Rehab and LTAC hospitals, with responsibilities including daily documentation, patient and staff education, and effective communication with healthcare professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial and discharge evaluations, set treatment goals, and document progress accurately. * Develop and implement timely treatment plans to achieve functional goals. * Identify therapy educational needs and provide PRN as appropriate. * Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team, serving as a mentor for interns when needed. * Participate in skills checks and maintain proficiency in discipline\-specific practices. * Manage equipment orders, liaise with vendors, and communicate with outside physicians and professionals. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred. * GA Physical Therapy license or eligibility, with BLS certification from the American Heart Association. * Minimum one year of experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, or Acute settings preferred. * Basic computer literacy skills. **Additional Details:** New graduates are welcom...
