The Search Intelligence \& Optimization Operations Manager is responsible for operationalizing and scaling search programs through data, measurement, automation, governance, and process excellence. This role serves as the operational backbone of the search function, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights into search performance, content effectiveness, competitive standing, and optimization opportunities. The position owns reporting strategy, dashboard development, competitive intelligence, benchmark programs, metadata governance, taxonomy administration, search quality assurance, and the processes that enable scalable execution across CXM and digital experience teams. Rather than functioning as a traditional reporting analyst, this role is expected to continuously reduce manual effort through automation, workflow optimization, and intelligent self\-service solutions.
