JOB DESCRIPTION Title of Job: Construction Project Manager Status: Exempt Reports To: Director of Construction Summary of Position: The Construction Project Manager oversees assigned clients and construction projects. They handle existing client relationships in conjunction with the Director of Construction and the Business Development Specialist, manage project elements such as scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with the client's general contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ultimately, the Construction Project Manager bears sole responsibility for ensuring the successful completion and closure of all new construction and remodel projects on time and on budget.
