**Job Description: Corporate Team Training Manager** **\*This position will be based in Chicago, Tampa or Detroit\*** **Role Overview** The Corporate Team Training Manager designs, implements, and oversees the execution of comprehensive training programs across all company and franchise locations. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with regional leadership to ensure brand consistency, operational excellence, and a "guest\-first" culture.
