Description: Cobalt Benefits Group, a third\-party administrator (TPA) of health insurance benefit plans, is seeking a seasoned National Accounts Account Executive to serve as the strategic lead for our largest clients (1000\+ covered lives). This executive\-facing role demands the ability to build trusted partnerships at the C\-suite level, deliver proactive consultative insights, and guide clients through complex benefit and operational strategies. The Account Executive works closely with the National Accounts \- Account Manager, brokers, and internal leaders to ensure seamless service delivery while driving client retention, growth, and satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Act as the primary executive\-facing contact for national account clients and their brokers. * Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior HR, finance, and benefits leaders. * Lead quarterly and/or annual plan performance meetings (determined per client), presenting plan performance metrics, claim trends, and strategic recommendations. * Represent Cobalt at executive\-level client meetings, industry conferences, and client\-sponsored events, as needed. * Provide proactive insights on emerging industry...
