Commercial Insurance Associates is a growing, independently owned insurance agency with employees across multiple local offices. We are creating a new Office Operations Manager position to help take over some of the day\-to\-day management and operational responsibilities currently handled directly by ownership. This is a hands\-on role for someone who is organized, resourceful, comfortable managing people, and naturally good at figuring things out. You will be trained directly by the owner and will work closely with ownership as you learn our employees, systems, procedures, and operations. Over time, the goal is for you to independently handle more of the everyday people\-management, quality\-control, and operational issues that currently require owner involvement. Insurance experience is a major plus, but it is not required.
