Position Summary: Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Mission Planning Software Test Engineer** (SE‑4\) supporting the 96 CTG / 45 TS at Eglin AFB, FL under the TMAS III contract. This role provides senior‑level mission planning and software testing expertise for bomber platforms, specifically B‑1, B‑2, and B‑52\. The Test Engineer will apply extensive military aircrew mission planning knowledge to support software evaluations, develop testing methodologies, and advise the customer on mission planning software quality. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating test events for automated and manual mission planning tools. This is a full‑time onsite position at Eglin AFB with travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS.
