**POSITION PURPOSE** The Marketing \& Communications Specialist will execute end\-to\-end marketing programs, including messaging, event coordination, and performance measurement. This role translates brand pillars, voice, and product positioning into impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales enablement. You’ll plan and manage trade shows and events, build performance dashboards to quantify ROI, and manage budgets and vendors with rigor. This role balances strategic storytelling with hands\-on operations. **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES** * Develop and coordinate marketing activities to support BAC’s growth. * Translate BAC’s brand pillars and voice into clear value propositions and campaign messaging for priority markets and products. * Develop integrated campaigns across digital, traditional and experiential platforms (web, social media, email, brochures, video, sales tools, events, exhibits, etc.).
