**Real Estate \+ Home Staging \| Hampton Roads** **Staged2Sell is an established home staging company serving Coastal Virginia for more than 20 years. We're looking for a driven, personable and highly motivated sales professional to help us grow our presence throughout Hampton Roads.** **This is not a position for someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads to come in.** **We are looking for a hunter.** **Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships, identify new opportunities and turn those opportunities into long\-term Staged2Sell clients.** **What You'll Do** **Prospect and develop new Realtor, brokerage, builder, investor and industry relationships** **Identify neighborhoods, offices and markets where Staged2Sell should have a stronger presence** **Make outbound calls, emails and in\-person introductions** **Visit brokerages and attend real\-estate networking events** **Follow up consistently with prospective clients** **Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients** **Track leads, conversations and opportunities through our CRM** **Work directly with ownership to develop sales strategies and new markets** **Help keep our staging calendar consistentl...
