HM Solutions Inc., a leading facility services company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Area Manager over assigned accounts within its Midwest region. The Area Manager will oversee operations and provide direction for onsite janitorial supervisor staff at multiple client locations. The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning commercial, industrial and office spaces as well as experience managing a janitorial staff. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment and should share our company's commitment to excellent customer service. Frequent travel, including periodic overnight stays, is required to provide proper oversight at assigned accounts. Company vehicle, phone, and credit card for business expenses will be provided.
