The opportunity Lead the whole Lake Conroe location, not only the coffee counter. Be a hands\-on operator, culture\-carrier and coach who connects the Café and The Loft into one welcoming, disciplined business. Help prepare the location for opening, build the team and operating routines, then lead the combined guest experience.
