The **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Trainer \& Auditor** is responsible for driving revenue cycle performance improvement through auditing, training, operational analysis, and process optimization across supported practices. This role serves as a revenue cycle subject matter expert, conducting comprehensive audits, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying operational risks and workflow gaps, and developing targeted training programs to improve financial outcomes. The **RCM Trainer \& Auditor** partners closely with Revenue Cycle Leadership, Operations, Practice Managers, and office teams to promote standardized processes, improve revenue cycle performance, and ensure sustained operational success.
