**Job Summary**We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated **Bilingual Marketing Associate** to join our growing insurance agency. In this role, you will be the bridge between our comprehensive insurance and tax solutions and the Chinese, Vietnamese, spanish \-other langugage speaking community. You will develop and execute localized marketing campaigns, cultivate relationships with community partners, and generate leads to help families and businesses protect what matters most.**Key Responsibilities** * **Community Engagement:** Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with local Chinese\-owned businesses, community centers, and professional organizations. * **Cultural Content Creation:** Translate, adapt, and create engaging marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, digital ads) that resonates culturally with Mandarin\- and/or Cantonese\-speaking audiences. * **Digital \& Social Media Management:** Manage the agency’s presence on key cultural platforms (such as WeChat) as well as mainstream channels (Facebook, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and capture leads. * **Event Planning:** Coordinate and represent the agency at local community events, health fairs, business ...
