### **About Flourish Care** Flourish Care is building a better maternal healthcare system by embedding credentialed, community\-based doulas into the healthcare ecosystem. Having supported more than 5,000 Medicaid\- and commercially insured families, we are expanding our model across the country. Our goal is to make evidence\-based doula support a standard part of maternal care—covered by insurance and accessible through the places families already receive care. **The Opportunity** We are looking for a hands\-on leader to run our Community Development team and grow patient referrals through provider and community partnerships. You will own partnership growth and referral performance in Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, and CT while managing a small team across multiple markets. You will also work closely with our Doula Ambassadors, who extend our boots\-on\-the\-ground presence in local communities. This is a player\-coach role. You will personally develop and manage MA/RI/CT partnerships, lead the team toward an overall referral\-growth target, and improve execution against an established playbook.
