**About the Role:** As a CBRE Associate Accounting Director you will manage a large team that is responsible for providing oversight of the financial performance of clients. This job is part of the Controlling job function. They are responsible for the Management of the organization's financial controls and the preparation of financial reports for management and shareholders. **What You’ll Do:** Support our global delivery model. This includes providing resources and guidance to indirect team members for client delivery Provide global support on processes and lead communications between BSO team and internal stakeholders Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
