Community Clinical Research is looking for a compassionate, dependable Patient Care Technician to join our inpatient study team. As a valued member of our team, you'll help ensure the safety, comfort, and well\-being of carefully screened study participants at our clinical research facility in Austin. Working closely with the Charge Nurse, you'll support high\-quality patient care delivered in line with study protocols, and you'll be a steady, reassuring presence for participants throughout their stay. **Schedule:** PRN **Key Responsibilities** * Observe participants attentively, then report and document observations accurately * Help with admissions and discharges so each participant has a smooth, welcoming experience * Collect and record vital signs * Oversee meal service * Plan and coordinate unit activities that keep participants engaged and comfortable * Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses is preferred. **Qualifications** * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret study protocol instructions * Ability to communicate patient and study information clearly, and to respond thoughtfully to questions from investigators, staff, and participants * Co...
