**Social Media Performance Specialist**, Social Media Department (This role will be based out of our Syracuse, NY or Rochester, NY offices) We’re looking for a Social Media Performance Specialist to join our social media team and help maximize the impact of the content we create every day. This role sits at the intersection of organic social, paid media and analytics. You’ll work alongside our social, content, creative and strategy teams to determine when and how paid support can help great content reach the right audiences — and then use performance data to make the next piece of content even better. This is not a traditional media planning role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being hands\-on in the platforms every day: boosting posts, building audiences, managing budgets, monitoring performance and continually optimizing.
