**Keep our community running** Freedom Community Management is hiring a hands\-on Maintenance Technician for a condominium community in Estero, Florida. You will keep the buildings, grounds, and amenities safe and working, and you will be the person residents see fixing things the right way the first time. **About us** Freedom Community Management is a community association management company. This position is on site at a condominium community in Estero, Florida, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Owners count on us to keep their property well maintained, and we want a technician who takes pride in that. **About the role** You will work on site and report directly to the Community Association Manager (CAM). 90 days in, success looks like this: **work orders close quickly and correctly, preventive maintenance runs on a schedule instead of waiting for breakdowns**, **common areas pass inspection, and outside vendors are supervised and held to their scope.** This is physical, outdoor work in the Florida heat, and you will sometimes be called in for after\-hours emergencies such as leaks or storm damage or access control.
