* Reunion Infrastructure is seeking a Vice President of Engineering and Projects with extensive experience in clean energy engineering, project development, and infrastructure investment to provide project\-level technical and engineering support for the company’s clean energy tax credit transactions and compliance operations. * Key Responsibilities: * Lead engineering and technical due diligence for clean energy projects, assessing project design, construction status, equipment, schedule, and key technical risks. * Review EPC contracts, equipment procurement agreements, engineering reports, construction budgets, project schedules, and commissioning plans. * Assess engineering and execution risks for solar, wind, BESS energy storage, advanced manufacturing, and other energy infrastructure projects. * Liaise with developers, EPC contractors, independent engineers, and equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues arising during transaction due diligence. * Provide technical assessments regarding key project milestones, such as Mechanical Completion, Substantial Completion, and Placed\-in\-Service. * Support project reviews involving Investment Tax Credits (ITC), Production Tax Cre...
