**Job Description: Scrum Master – Technology Projects** **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** to lead Agile development teams delivering technology projects. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can facilitate high\-performing, collaborative teams while maintaining a strong focus on productivity, delivery, and business outcomes rather than rigid adherence to process. The Scrum Master will work closely with development teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, stakeholders, and all levels of management to remove impediments, improve team effectiveness, and ensure successful project delivery. \*Direct hire only NO 3rd parties. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile technology development teams. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement. * Remove or escalate impediments that impact team productivity and delivery. * Foster a collaborative, team\-centered environment focused on accountability and results. * Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, tec...
