**Basic Function****:** Supervises the daily operation of the janitorial project; coordinates custodial personnel in the daily maintenance and cleaning of all contractual buildings. Under supervision of the Project Manager. **Reporting Relationship:** **Reports To: Site Project Manager** **Supervises (Position Title****):** Janitors (contract service workers), Supervisor of Janitorial Services **Principal Duties/Responsibilities****:** * Assist the Site Project Manager with training, developing, and supervises all crew leaders, and janitors at the contract site to ensure efficient and timely work completion. * Prepares daily work schedules and assigns relief personnel to fill in for absent/vacating staff. * Assist Site Project Manager with developing periodic cleaning schedules. * Adheres to quality control standards and procedures at the project site. * Makes regular quality control inspections in accordance with established standards and ensures quality parameters are being met. * Ensures the safety and wellbeing of staff on the job site through training and communication. * In the absence of the Project Manager, serves as the point of contact with the contract officer representa...
