**The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation for a specific segment of the branch business. This will include sales, rentals, operations, customer service, and staff development in accordance with Rain for Rent’s objectives. Develops new business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through sales and retention of account relationships. Responsible for attaining established Branch budget goals through active participation in sales management programs.
