**Company :** ------------- Allegheny Health Network **Job Description :** --------------------- **GENERAL OVERVIEW:** This position performs oncology registry case finding and follow\-up in accordance with standards set by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) and the Pennsylvania Cancer Registry (PCR). **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identifies reportable cases for inclusion into the cancer registry database. (45%) * Maintains successful follow\-up rates by utilizing various Electronic Health Record (EHR) sources. (45%) * Initiates abstraction of required data elements.
