**PROCORE SCHEDULER****JOB DESCRIPTION** **Summary:** Allied Fire Protection is seeking a detail\-oriented Procore Scheduler to support project scheduling, coordination, and execution across our fire sprinkler construction operations. This role will manage project schedules within Procore, coordinate milestones with project management and field teams, and provide visibility into schedule performance, upcoming deadlines, and potential delays. Must have experience with commercial construction scheduling, Procore, and coordinating multiple projects from design through installation and closeout. Key Responsibilities:* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Procore. * Coordinate project milestones with project managers, general contractors, designers, purchasing, fabrication, and field operations. * Track critical dates, including notice to proceed, design completion, submittals, material procurement, fabrication, installation, inspections, testing, and project closeout. * Maintain schedule logic, task dependencies, milestone dates, and critical path activities. * Coordinate weekly and monthly schedule updates with project teams. * Identify schedule conflicts, delays, and po...
