**Home Turf Clothing Company \| Associate\-Level Role** **Hours:** 15 hours per week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, approximately **3 to 5** hours per day**Location:** New Albany, Ohio; mix of in\-person and remote working We’re looking for an experienced, organized person to help keep Home Turf’s online shops, customer communications, and projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing details, and delivering a great customer experience. **What You’ll Do** * **Product creation and site merchandising:** Generate collection proposals. Build and update online product listings and collections, including descriptions, mockups, sizes, colors, and approved pricing. Organize collections, check accuracy, and keep team shops current and easy to browse. * **Customer service:** Manage customer emails, assist with sizing and order questions, coordinate exchanges, and follow up on delivery or product concerns.
