#### **Job Description:** The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all outbound shipping activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of finished goods. This role manages warehouse personnel, coordinates with production and warehouse teams, and ensures adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for optimizing shipping processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting customer service goals. #### **Essential Functions:** * Daily Operations: Ensures transfers between facilities are completed to meet production and delivery requirements. Ensure all outbound shipments are staged, prepared, loaded, and dispatched on time. Verify accuracy of will call and same day orders, packaging, and labeling in compliance with food safety standards physically and systematically. Ensure that all routes are secured, loaded properly, and OTIF procedures are followed. * Compliance \& Safety: Maintain compliance with FDA/USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety policies.
