**About the role** ------------------ Energy Ogre is a Houston\-based electricity membership service that helps Texans in the deregulated market stop overpaying for power. Members pay a flat monthly fee, and we shop, switch and monitor their electricity plans for them. Our growth comes from trust: what people read about us, what they hear from other members, and how well we keep the members we earn. The Marketing Manager will be a driving force in how Energy Ogre engages its members, through the messages, offers and moments that decide whether they complete onboarding, stay, refer or come back. From there, you'll turn member experiences into reviews, referrals and community proof, and use what we learn from members to create content that sets us apart in Google and AI answers.
