**Full\-Stack Developer (Backend Focus)** Location: Southern California \| Hybrid Department: Engineering \& Product Experience Level: Junior to Mid\-Level Compensation: $35 to $45 per hour Schedule: Hybrid \| One day per week in person \| SoCal **Role Overview** AIVA MD is looking for a Full\-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our engineering team. You will need to know Django (Python), React, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Everything is written from scratch on a clean stack we own and operate entirely. No legacy code, no shortcuts. We build for healthcare, which means correctness and security are non\-negotiable. This role is for someone who wants to build something real, learn fast, and work closely with the leadership team. You will not be handed a ticket queue and left alone.
