**Leader of the project management team. Responsible for the execution of projects through all phases of construction. Ensure project success through leadership, expertise and excellence in:** * Estimating * Planning and scheduling * Management of subcontractors and vendors * Communication with all members of the project team * Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise * Timely turnover of a properly constructed project * Timely project closeout * Complete customer satisfaction * Customer follow up * Project profitability Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education. * Minimum of (5\) years’ experience in a construction related field Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Paid time off * Supplemental insurance * + Company fully paid LTD and Accident insurance
