Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! **About the role** ------------------ Grüns is opening a second warehouse facility and we need a sharp, people\-first **HR Manager** to help us do it right. This role is the on\-the\-ground HR presence across two facilities: our Pennsylvania site (home base) and our Roanoke, TX location. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll to employee relations and recruiting, while building the systems that help both facilities run at a high level as we scale. You'll support a diverse, fast\-moving population of both salaried and hourly employees. You need to be bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in both the administrative and human sides of HR, and comfortable making judgment calls in real time. You'll bring our values and culture into every interaction at both sites. **This role is part of our HQ people team and sits on\-site at our Pennsylvania facility with quarterly travel to our Roanoke, TX location**.
