Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate day\-to\-day activities on residential construction projects * Supervise and communicate with employees, subcontractors, and other trades * Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications * Ensure projects stay on schedule and work is completed according to company standards * Monitor quality of workmanship and address issues in the field * Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries * Identify potential problems and communicate them to management promptly * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site * Enforce proper safety practices and procedures * Assist with project planning, scheduling, and daily job coordination * Communicate professionally with clients, homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors when needed * Perform hands\-on construction work when necessary * Take photos and provide regular updates on project progress * Help ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail * Other responsibilities as needed by the company Qualifications * Minimum 10 years of leading construction experience * Experience with both residential construction * Strong understanding of constr...
