Job Title: Facility Administrator **Site:**WellCare Homes 6 – U Street **Reports To:** Director of Services \& Staff Development **Classification:** Exempt **Pay:** $75,920\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year **Pay Status:**Salary **Work Schedule:** Full\-Time **Position Summary** The Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall management, administration, operation, staffing, and regulatory compliance of the residential care facility serving individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs. The Facility Administrator exercises independent judgment and discretion in directing facility operations, supervising employees, coordinating resident services, ensuring compliance with Title 17 and Title 22 requirements, and implementing company policies and procedures. The primary duty of this position is management of the facility and supervision of staff. The Facility Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing personnel functions, ensuring quality resident care, and promoting a safe and effective work environment.
