ThermoAnalytics, Inc., a leading provider of thermal and infrared simulation software and services, seeks a **Chief Product Officer** to join their growing team in either **Novi, Michigan** or **Calumet, Michigan**. This full\-time role offers opportunity for a hybrid remote schedule, with weekly onsite/in\-office hours. The Chief Product Officer (CPO) owns our product vision, strategy, and execution, with accountability for transforming the product portfolio into a coherent, profitable, scalable software business. The CPO will drive product innovation, market differentiation, customer value, and sustainable growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net revenue retention (NRR) while supporting the company’s services business.
