**What to Expect** We are seeking a Retail Operations Program Manager to own Tesla retail operations and programs for Vehicle Accessories and Merchandise. You will set strategy, run the operations, and drive growth across Tesla’s owned retail channels—pairing merchandising judgment with rigorous execution across stores, systems, inventory, and new\-site readiness. High\-impact role spanning operations, merchandising, cross\-functional leadership, and data\-driven decision making in a fast\-paced environment.
