**Job Title:** Medical Assistant Certified\-Physician Clinic PRN as needed **Job Summary:** The Clinical Assistant (CMA/LPN) is a highly skilled, certified/licensed professional responsible for managing patient flow, performing direct patient care interventions, and ensuring comprehensive clinical operations in an ambulatory setting. This role leverages advanced clinical expertise to support patient management plans and optimize provider efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Executes complex and specialized clinical tasks under provider supervision, including sterile procedures, comprehensive wound care, and suture/staple removal. * Administers medications safely and accurately, including all routes of injection (intramuscular, subcutaneous), vaccinations, and oral medications, while monitoring and documenting patient response. * Independently performs diagnostic testing, such as phlebotomy (venipuncture), arterial blood gas collection (if trained/licensed), and EKG/ECG testing. * Collects, labels, and prepares sensitive laboratory specimens (e.g., blood, cultures) following strict biohazard protoc...
