**About Company:** **Position Summary** The Superintendent is responsible for the safe, productive, timely, and cost\-effective field execution of each assigned project, work area, or construction scope. The Superintendent directly manages field operations and ensures employees understand the work plan, perform safely, charge time correctly, use materials and equipment responsibly, and complete work in accordance with the schedule, budget, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
