**Schedule:** Split Shift **Day:** Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM **Night:** Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–approximately 11:00 PM **Territory:** Dallas\-Fort Worth OWR is a rapidly growing company looking for a **District Manager** with high standards, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. Our District Managers are trusted to take ownership of their territory and are given the **authority and autonomy to do what they believe is right when serving the customer.** We value people who are dependable, efficient, loving, truthful, and adaptable — our **DELTA** core values. The District Manager oversees service for **up to 20\+ apartment communities** and provides leadership to **15–30\+ part time Valet Trash Technicians**.
