**Job Overview** The Yeh Laboratory in the Department of Biomolecular Engineering at the University of California, Santa Cruz, invites applications for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our interdisciplinary research team. Our research integrates artificial intelligence, computational protein design, and experimental protein engineering to develop novel proteins and molecular technologies for biological research, therapeutics, and diagnostics. Current research directions include de novo protein design, engineered luminescence systems, genetically encoded biosensors, molecular imaging, and translational diagnostic platforms. The successful candidate will have opportunities to lead independent research projects spanning computational design, molecular engineering, cellular and animal studies, and translational applications.
