**Job Summary** \*\*THIS AD IS NOT FOR AN ONSITE APARTMENT MANAGER POSITION\*\* Beverly Hills Properties is seeking a full\-time Regional Property Supervisor to manage the daily operations directly related to each assigned residential property. This position will have frequent contact with on\-site property managers, tenants, owners, contractors, vendors/suppliers, and representatives of other businesses. **Responsibilities include:** · Supervise and train resident property managers for assigned properties · Interface with on\-site property managers to assure apartments are leased/re\-leased promptly · Approve credit checks and sign leases · Contract, supervise and approve invoices for all goods/services required to maintain the properties up to company and owner standards · Oversee building inspections · Enter all leasing and maintenance data into Yardi software · Provide prompt, detailed and accurate general status reports on all properties assigned · Travel as assigned · Perform other related duties as assigned **Requirements include:** · Bachelor’s degree (will not consider any candidates without this) · Strong written and verbal communications skills · Strong computer skills i...
