**Job Summary** Pharmacist Full\-time, Contract \- 4\-10's In\-Office \| Peridot, AZ, United States **The Opportunity:** **PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE** ONE YEAR – twelve (12\) months from the date of the award plus four option years **PLACE OF PERFORMANCE** Lawton Indian Hospital Lawton, OK 73507 **WORK SCHEDULE** A. The Contractor shall provide on\-site pharmacist services and coordinate patient care with all appropriate departments. B. Normal shifts for the Pharmacy Department consist of 8 hour shifts. Working hours are shifts between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break or 8:00 to 4:30 pm with a half hour lunch break depending on the site assigned, Monday through Friday (7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm) and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday (at select facilities). No federal holidays are worked. **PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS** A. Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy B. Documentation of annual Continuing Pharmacy Education required for licensure C.
