**Job Summary:** Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the HealthDirect Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers. **Job Duties:** * Follows the HealthDirect Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions * Performs all quality assurance steps to insure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines * Follows all State and Federal regulations governing the practice of Pharmacy * Oversees the initial submission, resubmission, and collection of all third\-party claims * Manages and balances the pharmacy inventory to ensure maximum turns while remaining in\-stock for customer needs. * Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines * Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees always * Insure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention * Oversees the maintenance of the pharmacy department to insure a clean and professional environment * Maintains an...
