The incumbent in this position will report to the Assistant Director, with responsibility for managing audit staff who ensure Delaware's business taxpayers are compliant with their corporate income tax and other business tax obligations. This position includes planning and developing audits, managing work processes and distributions, reviewing tax credit applications, recruiting and supervising staff, and communicating with and assisting taxpayers and tax professionals.
