$51\.8999 to $54\.4384 per hour depending on experience The Adult Day Care Center located at Waters Place, Bronx is currently seeking a part time Registered Nurse ( RN) to join our team! The work schedule is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3:30 pm, with an occasional Saturday. The part time RN is entitled to receive a sign\-on bonus of $2500\. Job Summary: Responsible for providing and coordinating multidisciplinary health services for older adults in the Day Care Center . Works with the physician and other team members in implementation of plan of care. Duties and Responsibilities: * Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments identifying the service needs of each registrant upon intake and thereafter on a quarterly basis * Ensures that for each registrant the findings of the Nursing evaluations, the Nursing Care plan and the recommendations for Nursing follow\-up are documented in the clinical record * Ensures that MD orders are completed in accordance within the specified time frame; follows up regularly to ensure receipt of MD orders * Provides medication administration, prefills, and other skilled Nursing services in accordance with MD orders * Assigns CAN tas...
