**About the Role:** As a CBRE Controller, you will assist in the development and maintenance of planning and budget systems and the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures. This job is part of the Controlling job function. They are responsible for the Management of the organization's financial controls and the preparation of financial reports for management and shareholders. **What You’ll Do:** * Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. * Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross\-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. * Prepare, review, and approve journal entries prepared by the team. Partner with the Finance Department on variances to budget and forecast. * Perform profitability analysis, financial modeling, and operating statistics.
