The team processes physical and electronic transfers of securities ownership and supports requests involving lost securities, including bond of indemnity documentation and replacement or payment processing. The Operations Manager coordinates daily work, manages approximately eight specialists and team leads across St. Paul, Minnesota, and Cincinnati, Ohio, and ensures processing is completed accurately and on time.
