**October 12 , 2026 Start Date** **Job Summary:** Professionally and compassionately performs routine TMS and Esketamine Treatments and act as a liaison for our specialty services patients. **Primary Responsibilities** * Primary TMS and Esketamine technician * Manage TMS and Esketamine patient schedule * Manage supplies and inventory * Keep all TMS and Esketamine rooms clean and organized. * Magstim Connect administrator (in collaboration with TMS Manager) **Additional Job Responsibilities:** · Support TMS and Esketamine coordinator and work collaboratively with them to ensure excellent patient care and experience is given. · Support Front Office by making patient calls, answering phone calls, and collecting co\-payment. · Assist with prior authorization for TMS and Esketamine patients. · Performs other duties as assigned. **Education:** **1\. Certified Medical Assistant** **Experience:** · Minimum of one\-year experience as a Medical Assistant · Minimum two\-year experience as medical office receptionist/front desk · Robust knowledge of electronic health record systems · Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures **Skills Required:** · Communicate using proper grammar,...
