### **Manager, Content Strategy** * 51183 * 960 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, Massachusetts * Full Time **POSITION SUMMARY****:** The Manager, Content Strategy, is a core member of the Content Strategy team within the BMCHS Communications organization of the Marketing and Communications department. Reporting to the Director, Content Strategy, the Manager, Content Strategy, will play an integral role in supporting the development of high\-quality, strategically aligned content that advances BMCHS’s reputation, thought leadership, and organizational messaging. Working in close partnership with the Director, Content Strategy and broader Communications leadership, the Manager develops compelling editorial content, thought leadership, and storytelling that elevates BMCHS's clinical excellence, innovation, research, and commitment to health equity. The role collaborates with Marketing and Communications colleagues, executive leaders, clinicians, researchers, program leaders, and internal and external stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into clear, engaging, audience\-focused communications.
