**Job Description** At David Weekley Homes, strong partnerships are at the heart of what we do. As a Purchasing Specialist, you will support our business by managing vendor relationships, preparing contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing training that supports our day\-to\-day purchasing operations. In this role, Purchasing Specialists serve as a trusted resource for both our Preferred Partners and internal teams. **Job Responsibilities:** * Onboard new Preferred Partners by preparing contracts and guiding them through each step * Train partners on our processes and tools, including the Weekley Partner Hub * Keep contract documents organized, updated, and routed to the right teams * Collect required waiver/lien releases * Research and resolve variance issues with accuracy and urgency * Assist partners with payment questions and job reassignments * Create extra orders, back\-charges, and returns as needed * Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery * Provide information to support rebate submissions for our National Strategic Sourcing Team * Prepare weekly and monthly reports * Track starts, communicate updates, and help manage changes throughout the process **Qu...
